This video is an educational critique. I do not know this restaurant or the people there. I am sure that they are nice people with great intentions.
Here is an example of a well respected steakhouse with several locations that will say anything. Six out of seven locations told me they had fresh wild salmon when wild salmon is out of season. I spoke to the manager or chef at each location and hopefully they will change it on their menu.
In the meantime keep asking restaurants about they food they are selling.
